How to ‘Change Email Address’?

1. Use your favorite browser and access www.IXFI.com.

2. Click the Login/Register button in the upper right-hand corner on the IXFI's homepage.
   
   

3. Click on your Account icon .
   
   

4. Choose Account Security and then click on the Update button in the Change Email Address section.
   
   

   

1. Click on the Send Code button next to your current registered email address to get Email Verification Code.
2. Enter a New Email Address and click on the Send Code button next to the New Email Verification Code to receive the Verification Code. 
3. If enabled, you will be prompted to enter a Google Authentication Code.
4. If enabled, you will be prompted to enter an SMS Authentication Code.
5. Click on the Update Email button.
   
   
6. You will get a pop-up confirmation message with a green checkmark that you have successfully updated the Email Address of your IXFI trading account and from now on all IXFI notifications will be sent to the updated email address.
