How to reset ‘Forgot Password’ with a Phone Number?

1. Use your favorite browser and  access www.IXFI.com. 

2. Click the Login/Register button on the upper right-hand corner of IXFI's homepage.

   
   

3. Click the Phone Number tab on IXFI's login page.

4. Click on the Forgot Password

   1. Click on Click here to get the verification link on your Phone Number or

      1. Enter the Email address to continue with the mail Verification link or

      2. If you remember your password, clicking on Login will redirect you to the login page.
         
         

5. Enter the Phone Number and click the Submit button

6. Complete the puzzle displayed as a security measure (to prove that you are not a robot).
   
   

7. The password reset link will be sent to the entered Phone Number. 

8. Click on the Reset Password link on your phone to change the password.

9. Enter a New Password, Confirm Password, and then click on the Update button on the reset password page.

10. You will get a pop-up confirmation message with a green checkmark that you have successfully updated the password for your IXFI account. 

11. You have successfully updated the password for your IXFI account.
    
    

12. After updating the password to your IXFI account, login again with your new password on IXFI.com.

    The user may experience a delay in receiving the OTP due to their telecommunication service provider.
